The ADP program is for U8 (under 8) and U10 (under 10) age groups.
The Advanced Development Program (ADP) is designed for the recreational player who wishes to begin learning the more advanced concepts and skills needed to play soccer in a competitive environment. It is the stepping stone to our Youth Development Academy (YDA) program. Registrations will be accepted and teams will be formed to play within an in-house league. Please read below for program specifics:
• There will be both a U8 and U10 age brackets. We will look to form either all-girls or all-boys teams, but this will depend upon registration numbers. Teams may end up being co-ed.
• Training will be twice per week, on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule and training is led by the volunteer coaches assigned to the teams. Training sessions run from 5:00-6:00pm.
• Games will be played on Saturdays and some Sundays at Woodcroft Swim and Tennis Club fields, Rainbow Soccer Fields or Triangle Church Fields. Games will be played in a 6v6 format and will be supervised by the professional staff of Triangle United and teams will be coached by program volunteer coaches assigned to the teams. There will be games played against Chapel Hill United ADP teams as well in either Durham or Chapel Hill.
• All-Inclusive Cost - includes festivals, in-season skills clinics run by Triangle United professional staff, and player uniforms.
