Mid-season tryouts for the YDA program (u8-u10) will take place on Saturday, January 28st.

Wake County Teams: 9am-10am at WakeMed #7  

Chapel Hill Durham Teams: 12pm-1pm at Rainbow Un-gated Field

What is YDA?
The Youth Development Academy (YDA) is our developmental program for U9/U10 boys and girls. YDA began in 2006-2007. Our first year saw 150 kids participate in the program while our second year pushed the 200 player mark. For 2011-2012, we will once again have teams in in Wake County, Chapel Hill, South Durham, and North Durham.  During the 2011-2012 tryout process, a record 375+ kids tried out for YDA Program.

YDA will have winter Futsal training that will take place during the winter months.

The Triangle United Junior YDA Program began its 2nd year this past September.  This is a unique and special training program for boys and girls who were born between August 2002 and July 2005.

If you have a child that missed tryouts or are new to the area, we will have opportunities all summer for your child to be evaluated.
