Chatham County Programming
In 2020, Triangle United moved into Chatham County, offering competitive programming for our Select and YDA levels. For 2026/27, we will offer National 1 League, NCYSA Classic, YDA, and Recreational programming.
National 1 League
National 1 League is the top team-based competition in US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer, elevating teams across the country into a unified national platform integrated with the ECNL. This new competition is the result of bringing together US Club Soccer’s National Premier Leagues and US Youth Soccer’s National League, beginning with the 2026-27 season.
Classic
11U-16U
Classic Soccer is the highest level of soccer offered in Chatham County. Teams train 3x/week and games are played mainly on Saturday, with some games taking place on a Sunday. Teams typically attend 2 tournaments per season.

Academy (YDA)
7U-10U
The first offering in Chatham to play for Triangle United is within our YDA program. This program is open to players that are seeking more than what Recreation offers. Training takes place 2x/week with games on Sunday afternoons. Coaches are trained and staffed by TU.
Chatham Soccer League (CSL)
Recreation, 4U - 16U
Chatham Soccer League is the recreational program for Chatham County. Triangle United is a partner with CSL to offer coaching and education help as well as camps and other training opportunities for players.
