Alamance County Programming
Triangle United Alamance County started in the fall of 2025. As we head into the 2026-2027 year, we are expanding our offerings and looking to have not only classic level teams, but also youth development academy teams. During the spring of 2026, look out for upcoming clinics and tryout information. To register for a tryout in Alamance County, please click on the link below.
Tryouts for the upcoming 2026-2027 season will start in late April. Times, exact days, and locations will get posted shortly. To find out the week of your child's tryout, please look below:
YDA (8u-10u) Boys and Girls: Week of April 27th
11U - 12U Boys and Girls: Week of May 4th
13U - 19U Boys: Week of May 18th
For the 2026-2027 season, US Youth Soccer is returning to seasonal-year age divisions for all NCYSA programs. Please review the updated age ranges below to identify your child's group. When registering via PlayMetrics, our system will automatically place your child into the correct division based on their birth date.
Classic
11U-14U
Classic Soccer is the highest level of soccer offered in Alamance County. Teams train 3x/week and games are played mainly on Saturday, with some games taking place on a Sunday. Teams typically attend 2 tournaments per season.

Academy (YDA)
7U-10U
The first offering in Alamance to play for Triangle United is within our YDA program. This program is open to players that are seeking more than what Recreation offers. Training takes place 2x/week with games on Sunday afternoons. Coaches are trained and staffed by TU.
